The 6th Annual Z Tour Bike Ride is a charity road ride that provides you with a chance to enjoy some of the best bike roads that north central Illinois has to offer. The five routes we feature incorporate hills, rolling terrain, and beautiful views of Bureau Creek and the
Hennepin Canal all with minimal traffic. The event will take place in Princeton, Illinois on a Saturday in mid-July.
New to our event this year will be a check-in option on Friday night
held inside the Prouty Building in downtown Princeton from 6PM – 8PM. The Princeton Area Chamber of Commerce will provide live music, food, and drink vendors on Main Street that evening. Easy and really fast check-in opening at 5:45 AM. Detailed maps and cue for all routes – 10, 30, 50, 65, and 100 miles Five themed rest stops supplied with nutritional food, beverages, and music Well-marked routes, paved, and low traveled roadways RV friendly and tent camping options at the Bureau County Fairgrounds (nominal fee) Radio-dispatched SAG and support provided by the Bureau County EMA until 3:00PM
- Light breakfast offered from 6:00AM – 9:00AM at Zearing Park
- Post-ride meal served from 11:00AM – 4:00PM at Zearing Park.
- All riders must start between 6:00AM – 9:00AM. Helmets required!
- Metric and century riders must be on the ride no later than 8:00AM
